Responsibility
- Source and procure high-quality raw materials and supplies for textile manufacturing at competitive prices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure reliable and timely deliveries.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to optimize cost efficiency and quality.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to align procurement activities with business needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing practices.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier information.
- Evaluate and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions and material shortages.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in the textile or manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with procurement software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of local and international procurement regulations and best practices is a plus.
