Responsibility

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, and dispatch.
  • Coordinate logistics and distribution activities to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Implement and maintain supply chain best practices to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to align supply chain strategies with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all operations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of warehouse and logistics staff to achieve operational excellence.
  • Generate reports and provide insights on supply chain performance to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain, warehouse, or logistics management.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics software.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
