Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, and dispatch.
- Coordinate logistics and distribution activities to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Implement and maintain supply chain best practices to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to align supply chain strategies with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all operations.
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse and logistics staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Generate reports and provide insights on supply chain performance to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain, warehouse, or logistics management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics software.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
