Responsibility
- Lead and manage daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met efficiently and on schedule.
- Implement and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory compliance standards.
- Develop and execute strategies for process improvement, cost reduction, and waste minimization.
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure all products meet stringent medical device standards.
- Train, mentor, and supervise production staff to foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, supply chain, and quality assurance, to streamline production workflows.
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations in all manufacturing activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of GMP, ISO 13485, and other relevant regulatory standards.
- Proven track record in process optimization, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop production teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in production management software and ERP systems.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
