Responsibility
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport materials.
- Assist in picking, packing, and organizing inventory to ensure accuracy and timely order fulfillment.
- Conduct regular inspections of forklifts and report any mechanical issues to maintenance teams.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
- Perform basic inventory management tasks, including stock counting and data entry.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for material handling and storage.
- Assist in receiving and dispatching shipments, verifying quantities, and documenting transactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a forklift operator or warehouse assistant (preferably in logistics/manufacturing).
- Valid forklift operator certification (or willingness to obtain one).
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25-30 kg) as required.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (including days, as per schedule).
- Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
