Responsibility
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping finished goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and conduct regular audits to maintain stock integrity.
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Coordinate with logistics and production teams to optimize workflow and meet delivery deadlines.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
- Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports for operational decision-making.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse environments.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process optimization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse software.
