Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate the unloading and receipt of incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee the distribution of goods to respective departments, ensuring timely and error-free delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management for resolution.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices for handling and storing inventory.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to streamline inbound processes.
- Generate reports on inbound activities, including receipts, damages, and delays.
- Resolve any issues related to shipments, such as shortages or damages, in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics software.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
