Responsibility
- Coordinate daily logistics operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods across Bali branches
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution of products
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to align logistics with business objectives
- Monitor transportation costs and negotiate with logistics partners to improve efficiency
- Prepare and maintain logistics reports, including KPIs, delivery performance, and inventory turnover
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local transportation laws
- Resolve any logistics-related issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics coordination, supply chain management, or warehouse operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and logistics management software
- Strong understanding of logistics concepts including inventory management, transportation, and distribution
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in various Bali locations
