Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans for pharmaceutical products, ensuring cost efficiency and quality compliance.
- Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, and vendor performance evaluations to secure favorable terms.
- Monitor market trends and supply chain risks, implementing mitigation strategies to maintain inventory stability.
- Collaborate with finance, logistics, and quality assurance teams to align procurement activities with organizational goals.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, GMP) and internal policies for ethical and legal sourcing.
- Optimize inventory levels through demand forecasting and just-in-time procurement practices.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising product quality or delivery timelines.
- Mentor and train procurement staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record in supplier negotiations and contract management within the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical products (e.g., BPOM, international standards).
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel for data analysis.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a benefit.
