Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze production metrics, including OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present detailed production reports to management for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules.
- Implement and maintain quality control standards to minimize defects and waste.
- Assist in troubleshooting production issues and proposing corrective actions.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate with logistics for timely material supply.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all production activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in production monitoring, data analysis, or a similar role in manufacturing.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using production management software or Excel.
- Familiarity with OEE, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma principles is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to relocate or work in Canggu, Bali.
