Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching packaging materials.
- Ensure accurate inventory management, stock movement, and timely replenishment to support production needs.
- Implement and maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Monitor and report on warehouse KPIs, identifying areas for process improvement.
- Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment and infrastructure.
- Train and mentor warehouse staff to uphold operational excellence.
- Resolve discrepancies in inventory records and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations in warehouse operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
