Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Monitor and report on production output, efficiency, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
- Maintain accurate production documentation, including work orders, inventory records, and compliance reports.
- Lead and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflows and reduce waste.
- Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to resolve challenges.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and environmental health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management, manufacturing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of production planning, inventory control, and quality assurance processes.
- Proficient in using ERP systems, MS Office, and production management software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
