Responsibility
- Lead and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-scope delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and manufacturing, to align project goals.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including charters, plans, risk assessments, and progress reports.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and expectation management.
- Optimize workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in manufacturing, transport, or logistics.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, or JIRA).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Six Sigma is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with supply chain management, lean methodologies, or agile frameworks.
- Willingness to relocate or work on-site in Bali, Indonesia.
