Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety and operational protocols.
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to optimize hauling schedules and routes.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Implement and enforce warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor equipment and facility maintenance to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to streamline operations.
- Prepare and submit reports on warehouse performance, productivity, and improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in warehouse supervision or logistics management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in warehouse operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with the Bali region's logistics landscape is a plus.
