Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and purchase order issuance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and reliable delivery.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to optimize procurement strategies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with production schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.
- Conduct regular supplier evaluations and risk assessments to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
- Prepare and analyze procurement reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgets and control procurement costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to interact effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed procurement decisions.
- Knowledge of procurement regulations, ethical sourcing, and sustainability practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS) is a plus.
