As a Motorcycle Storekeeper, you will be the backbone of our supply chain, responsible for receiving, organizing, and maintaining accurate records of motorcycles, spare parts, and accessories. Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and verify the condition of incoming motorcycles, spare parts, and accessories against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Organize and maintain an efficient inventory system, ensuring all items are properly labeled, stored, and easily accessible.
- Conduct regular stock audits to track inventory levels, identify discrepancies, and prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Process and fulfill internal requests for parts and equipment, ensuring timely delivery to service and sales teams.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to manage deliveries, returns, and warranty claims.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of inventory transactions, including receipts, issuances, and adjustments.
- Assist in the preparation of motorcycles for display or delivery, ensuring they meet quality and presentation standards.
- Adhere to safety protocols and workplace organization standards to maintain a clean, hazard-free storage environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a similar role, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data and inventory systems.
- Basic knowledge of motorcycle parts, accessories, and terminology is a plus.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software or ERP systems; willingness to learn new tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal) to liaise with team members and suppliers.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) and work in a warehouse setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or inventory management are advantageous.
