Responsibility
- Monitor and ensure compliance with international logistics quality standards, including ISO, GDP, and other regulatory requirements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes for logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze logistics data to track performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend process optimizations.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and records related to quality assurance and compliance.
- Train and mentor staff on quality standards, best practices, and procedural updates.
- Support the development and implementation of new logistics technologies and systems to enhance quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, quality assurance, or a similar role within the supply chain industry.
- Strong knowledge of international logistics regulations, quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, GDP), and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in conducting audits, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with global teams.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
