Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring real-time updates in the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Coordinate with logistics teams to process inbound and outbound shipments, including documentation and tracking.
- Prepare and verify warehouse reports, including stock levels, order fulfillment metrics, and discrepancy resolutions.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and generating purchase orders or delivery notes.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely procurement and distribution of goods.
- Monitor warehouse space utilization and assist in optimizing storage layouts for efficiency.
- Support month-end and year-end inventory audits, reconciling physical counts with system data.
- Assist in training new staff on warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and administrative workflows.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or inventory management.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
- Familiarity with supply chain operations and basic accounting principles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to team goals.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
