Responsibility
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced supply chain analytics models to optimize inventory, demand forecasting, and logistics efficiency.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Python to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions for continuous improvement.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of supply chain KPIs, including lead times, cost-to-serve, and service levels, to drive performance enhancements.
- Automate data collection and reporting processes to streamline workflows and improve accuracy.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in supply chain analytics to ensure best practices are applied.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
- Mentor junior analysts and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain analytics, logistics optimization, or a similar role within a global operations environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), R, or other statistical programming languages for data analysis and modeling.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proven track record of delivering insights that drive measurable business improvements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.
