Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing production team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Monitor and optimize production processes to maximize efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices in manufacturing.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Logistics) to resolve bottlenecks and improve workflows.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify trends, root causes of inefficiencies, and actionable improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in production or manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of leading teams in a high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably in electronics or semiconductor industries.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and process optimization methodologies.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, GMP, or other industry-specific certifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and production management software.
- Willingness to relocate to Badung, Bali and adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural work environment.
