Responsibility
- Lead and manage plant improvement projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry best practices.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, and quality assurance, to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses to support project decision-making.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and technologies to ensure seamless integration into existing operations.
- Monitor project progress, prepare detailed reports, and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a culture of safety and sustainability.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer or similar role in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, project management methodologies, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar.
