Responsibility
- Coordinate and track inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with schedules.
- Prepare and verify customs documentation, including import/export permits, invoices, and packing lists.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to facilitate smooth clearance and transportation.
- Manage haulage planning, optimizing routes and costs for local and regional deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and update logistics records in ERP or WMS systems.
- Resolve shipment discrepancies, delays, or documentation issues proactively.
- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to align logistics with operational needs.
- Generate reports on logistics performance, costs, and KPIs for management review.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or customs administration (automotive industry is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and logistics software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to process improvement.
