Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching medical and pharmaceutical products in compliance with industry standards.
- Manage inventory control, conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize order fulfillment and reduce lead times.
- Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels, expiration dates, and batch numbers.
- Ensure adherence to Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and other regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical storage.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and accountability.
- Prepare and submit reports on inventory turnover, stock movements, and operational performance to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain processes and resolve logistical challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical industry.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Familiarity with GDP (Good Distribution Practices) and other regulatory standards for medical products.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
