Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and export permits, to comply with local and international regulations.
- Manage inventory control systems, conducting regular audits to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to streamline logistics and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Supervise packing and material handling processes, ensuring products are prepared for shipment according to client specifications.
- Implement and monitor warehouse safety protocols, adhering to industry standards and company policies.
- Generate reports on warehouse performance, including key metrics such as turnaround time, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics coordination, preferably in manufacturing or export-oriented industries.
- Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, customs procedures, and export regulations.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with lean warehouse principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
