Responsibility
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and enhance product consistency.
- Oversee the documentation and reporting of quality metrics, ensuring accurate and timely communication to stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize processes and reduce defects.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in quality assurance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) are a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in quality assurance within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics sectors, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies to drive process improvements.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Problem-solving aptitude with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering excellence.
- Familiarity with Bali's manufacturing landscape and a willingness to relocate or commute to the specified regions.
