Responsibility
- Lead and supervise injection moulding operations to ensure optimal production efficiency and product quality.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of moulding equipment to ensure operational reliability.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
- Train and mentor junior staff on best practices in injection moulding techniques and safety protocols.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and spare parts.
- Prepare and present reports on production performance, challenges, and solutions to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in injection moulding operations, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of injection moulding machines, tools, and processes.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Proficiency in using CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
