Responsibility
- Assist in receiving, storing, and dispatching goods in the warehouse or store.
- Operate forklifts (for Warehouse Assistant role) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
- Ensure workplace safety by adhering to company policies and regulations.
- Load and unload deliveries, organizing items for easy retrieval.
- Provide excellent customer service for in-store inquiries (Store Assistant role).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
- Keep work areas clean and organized to maintain efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Forklift certification (required for Warehouse Assistant role).
- Physical fitness to handle manual tasks and lift heavy items.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in logistics or retail is a plus.
