Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
- Monitor production schedules, coordinate with supply chain teams, and ensure raw material availability.
- Lead, mentor, and train production staff to maintain high performance and compliance with safety protocols.
- Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions to resolve deviations or defects.
- Prepare and analyze production reports, KPIs, and performance metrics for management review.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, ISO standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TQM principles.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and production planning tools.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, HACCP, or other quality management systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
