Based in Bali’s thriving industrial hubs (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung), you’ll contribute to high-impact production processes while benefiting from a supportive team culture and employee-centric policies.
Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality output.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to safety, quality, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Document production data, defects, and output metrics accurately for reporting and process improvement.
- Assist in material handling, packaging, and labeling of finished products according to specifications.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest process enhancements where applicable.
- Work overtime shifts as required to support production demands, with provided meals during extended hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent (higher qualifications are a plus).
- Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory—training will be provided.
- Basic understanding of machinery operation, safety protocols, and quality control.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, or SOPs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision and efficiency.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg).
- Willingness to work in shift-based or overtime schedules as needed.
- Good teamwork and communication skills in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
