Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory management by conducting regular stock audits and reconciliations.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and implement efficient storage systems.
- Monitor and maintain health, safety, and security standards in compliance with company policies.
- Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare and maintain warehouse documentation, including shipment records and inventory reports.
- Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Train, mentor, and manage warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to SOPs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in manufacturing or electronics.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in warehouse environments.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Fluent in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
