Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and safe operation.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain product quality and consistency.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct quality checks on products to identify and address any defects or issues.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Document production data and report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in production operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
- Ability to operate machinery and follow technical instructions accurately.
