Responsibility
- Perform picking, packing, and labeling of goods according to order specifications.
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments, ensuring safe and efficient handling of materials.
- Conduct inbound and outbound processing, including verifying shipments against purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock-taking and cycle counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and hand trucks.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or issues to the warehouse supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or logistics (entry-level candidates with relevant skills will be considered).
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and warehouse processes.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment and documentation.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Forklift certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
