Responsibility
- Oversee daily production schedules to ensure on-time manufacturing and delivery of products.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock monitoring, replenishment, and accuracy of records.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to optimize storage, picking, and packing processes for efficiency.
- Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to streamline logistics operations.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Analyze production and logistics data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance operational workflows and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production, inventory, or logistics management, preferably in manufacturing.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
