Based in the heart of Bali’s thriving business hubs—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless logistics operations while adhering to international safety and compliance standards.
Responsibility
- Oversee daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with Dangerous Goods (DG) regulations (IATA, IMDG, ADR) for safe handling and shipping.
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Manage procurement processes, including vendor negotiations and purchase order tracking.
- Monitor shipment schedules, resolve delays, and provide real-time updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate documentation for audits, customs, and regulatory reporting.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality or safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve operational KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or DG compliance (fresh graduates with strong potential may be considered).
- Certification in Dangerous Goods Handling (e.g., IATA DG, IMDG) is a plus.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, TMS, or WMS (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities in English (additional languages are advantageous).
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with Indonesian customs regulations and local logistics networks is preferred.
