Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize costs, reduce lead times, and improve efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and shipment tracking.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to logistics and transportation.
- Prepare reports on supply chain performance, KPIs, and cost-saving initiatives for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
- Proven track record of optimizing supply chain processes and reducing operational costs.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor and stakeholder management.
