Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory tracking and maintain up-to-date records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to optimize stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Implement and enforce safety, security, and compliance protocols within the warehouse.
- Supervise warehouse staff, providing training and guidance to ensure high performance and adherence to procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels, order fulfillment, and operational metrics.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control best practices.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in warehouse settings.
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
