Responsibility
- Develop, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Asset Management operations in alignment with the AP TBG framework.
- Lead the documentation, version control, and distribution of SOPs to ensure accessibility and compliance across all departments.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor SOP adherence, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with plant managers, engineers, and operational teams to integrate best practices into SOPs and streamline workflows.
- Train and mentor staff on SOP requirements, ensuring consistent understanding and application of procedures.
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and propose SOP revisions to enhance productivity and safety.
- Ensure all SOPs comply with industry regulations, company policies, and international standards (e.g., ISO, OHSAS).
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication to harmonize SOPs and eliminate redundancies in asset management processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, process improvement, or SOP development, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or asset management.
- Proven expertise in documentation systems, compliance frameworks (e.g., AP TBG, ISO 9001), and audit processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex operational data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for clear SOP documentation and training.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart), and ERP systems.
- Leadership abilities with experience in training, change management, and cross-functional collaboration.
