Responsibility
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and operational goals.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address delays or bottlenecks.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and optimize resource utilization.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure products meet industry standards.
- Prepare reports on production performance, capacity utilization, and key metrics.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing supervision.
- Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
