Responsibility
- Conduct detailed inspections of precision sheet metal and CNC products to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
- Identify and document defects, non-conformities, and areas for improvement in the manufacturing process.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.
- Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring tools and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection results, test data, and quality metrics.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Inspector in a manufacturing environment, preferably in sheet metal or CNC machining.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, inspection techniques, and precision measuring tools.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and Microsoft Office applications.
