Responsibility
- Assist in the receiving, storing, and dispatching of IT products and materials in compliance with company standards.
- Perform inventory management, including stock counting, labeling, and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently to move materials.
- Prepare and verify shipping and receiving documentation, including bills of lading and packing lists.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment in accordance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure on-time delivery and pickup of goods.
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and generate reports.
- Assist in order fulfillment by picking, packing, and preparing shipments for distribution.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields is a plus.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, material handling, or logistics support.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills (Excel, WMS).
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records.
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols in warehouse settings (e.g., PPE, equipment handling).
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to work overtime when required and adapt to shifting priorities.
