Responsibility
- Source and procure high-quality materials and products from local and international suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and favorable terms.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical procurement practices.
- Prepare and analyze procurement reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Resolve any procurement-related issues or disputes in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a similar role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a proven ability to build supplier relationships.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and ethical procurement practices.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
