Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align supply chain activities with project timelines and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to supply chain transactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the energy or manufacturing sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective vendor management.
- Proficiency in supply chain software and tools, such as ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of renewable energy and sustainability practices is a plus.
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is an advantage.
