Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to meet company procurement needs while optimizing costs.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and vendors to ensure high-quality materials and services.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to secure the best value for the company.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock, ensuring smooth operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, logistics, production) to align procurement activities with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and new suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
- Prepare and present procurement reports to management, highlighting cost savings, efficiency improvements, and risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in the broadcasting, multimedia, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with a proven track record of cost reduction.
- Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
