Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of commercial vehicle fleets, ensuring timely deliveries and adherence to schedules.
- Coordinate with drivers, clients, and internal teams to optimize routes and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage client relationships, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics and supply chain processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and local regulations affecting commercial vehicle operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or fleet management, preferably in the commercial vehicle sector.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team and client management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local traffic regulations and logistics best practices in Bali.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
