Responsibility
- Develop and implement Quality Assurance (QA) protocols to ensure products meet industry and company standards.
- Oversee procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Conduct supplier compliance audits to verify adherence to food safety, ethical sourcing, and quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate documentation for procurement, QA, and regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO, HACCP, GMP).
- Optimize supply chain logistics to reduce costs while ensuring timely delivery of materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in QA and procurement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in QA, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000).
- Proven ability to negotiate with suppliers and manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
