Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records of aerospace parts and components.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and receipt of aircraft parts.
- Perform regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies in inventory systems.
- Assist in the preparation of shipment documentation and customs clearance processes.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track and update inventory movements.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with aviation safety and quality standards in all inventory operations.
- Support ad-hoc logistics and inventory-related tasks as assigned by the team lead.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with aerospace parts or aviation logistics is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts (4-on, 2-off).
- Basic knowledge of aviation safety regulations is advantageous.
