Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods with accuracy.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and ensure data integrity in warehouse management systems.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to optimize order fulfillment, reduce lead times, and improve delivery efficiency.
- Supervise and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, productivity, and teamwork.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse workflows, including packing, labeling, and quality control.
- Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes.
- Monitor warehouse space utilization and recommend improvements for better organization and accessibility.
- Prepare and submit reports on inventory status, operational metrics, and incident resolutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics coordination.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance standards in warehouse settings.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
