Responsibility
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability to meet company standards.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to secure the best deals for the company.
- Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of materials and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and new suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure procurement activities align with budgetary constraints.
- Resolve any supply chain issues or discrepancies promptly to minimize disruptions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and procurement software.
