Responsibility

  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, order processing, and stock replenishment.
  • Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely sourcing and delivery of materials for hospitality and commercial clients.
  • Manage warehouse logistics, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Liaise with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve inquiries and ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and financial transactions using ERP or inventory management systems.
  • Monitor stock levels and generate reports to support data-driven decision-making for supply chain optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards in all operational activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve operational productivity.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in store administration, warehouse operations, or logistics coordination, preferably in hospitality or commercial sectors.
  • Strong proficiency in inventory management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes, vendor negotiations, and supply chain best practices.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
