Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
- Prepare and maintain accurate logistics documentation, including shipping records, invoices, and reports.
- Resolve logistics-related issues and discrepancies in a proactive and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations and standards.
- Utilize logistics software and tools to track shipments and analyze performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics coordination, supply chain management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with stakeholders.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with import/export regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
