Responsibility
- Operate and maintain Warehouse Management Software (WMS) for inventory tracking and management.
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment while ensuring quality control.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to warehouse equipment and software.
- Collaborate with team members to improve warehouse processes and productivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Software (WMS) or similar inventory systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) safely.
- Basic technical skills and familiarity with handheld scanners or RFID devices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
